A Guoji Lüyoudao Zhi Sheng (国际旅游岛之声), ou «Voz da Ilha Turística Internacional», é uma rádio da ilha de Hainão, na China. Segundo o diretório Streema, é ouvida em Haikou nos 103,8 MHz FM e tem formato noticioso, ao lado de outras rádios provinciais de Hainão. Os 103,8 MHz também são usados em Sanya por uma emissora diferente, a «Sanya Zhi Sheng», pelo que convém não as confundir.
