Hit FM is a Kyiv-based network that belongs to the TAVR Media group. The sources do not agree on the dates: one says that test broadcasts began on 28 August 1999 and the full launch came later; another gives 1999 as the year of foundation and Mykola Bagraev as the founder. The brand is built on hits and has as its motto “From the 90s to today. Only hits”.
